After completing our initial exploration with you we engage several in house and external professionals including Engineers, Architects and Designers to scope and quote your job. Analysis is the most important part to our process making sure we take your dreams into account.

project Costing

Our team of architects, engineering and design professionals use are consulted to provide in depth costing and timeline for your project. We never begin a job without your full approval and knowledge of all of the details of the build timeline.

project Planning

Our most important plan is to ensure that your move in dates are accounted for. We know that moving into your new house involves many moving parts and it is why we aim to stick to timely builds for our customers. We are able to do this because of the significant number of projects we have completed in Sydney and our deep network of partners.

project Strategy

Successful delivery of Trinity projects relies on the coordination of all labour and material deliveries. We ensure that all of this is taken care of and our customers are left handling only the parts they want to be a part of. We know that some of our customers have different preferences, some preferring to be a close part and help shop around for finishings or choose particular trades people, whilst others prefer to be completely hands off. Either way we work with you and communicate our strategy at every point of the way.
