Trinity takes a percentage of the total building cost as a management fee over project intervals. We do this to ensure a high quality of service and delivery is maintained throughout the experience. Where budgetary extensions are required, we are always transparent and honest to reveal this to you prior to executing the change.

This is why we aim for the perfect balance between both quality and time. Our clients often comment on the speed and quality with which our projects are completed.
